How HPD correction periods work
HPD gives owners 90 days to correct Class A violations, 30 days for Class B and 21 days for Class C. Lead-based paint violations are Class C, immediately hazardous. Mold violations can be Class A, B or C. The correction and certification dates printed on your Notice of Violation are the ones that count.
